Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
4. Service Availability
Our site is only intended for use by people residing, businesses, and companies in Singapore ("the Serviced Country"). We do not accept orders from individuals outside of the Serviced Country.
5. Refund/Return/Exchange/Amendment/Cancellation Policy
(a) Refund Policy: We will arrange for a refund of any item in the event any order is rejected/unfulfilled by us due to unforeseen reason (eg: products are out of stock) after further investigation. Should the investigation shows no fault on our end, we shall not be liable for the case and deemed to reject the refund request.
(b) Return Policy: All orders have been checked for quality and accuracy. Hence, all items are non-returnable upon orders' fulfilment.
(c) Exchange Policy: You must check your order upon delivery and inform us if there is/are any defective/damaged item received. Only defective/damaged items (ie: leakage/item exposed) in the event that the damage are caused by us or our contracted 3rd Party logistics please approach our customer service assistant via the hotline provided for 1-1 exchange item assistance on the day the item is received or whichever date deemed fit.
(d) Amendment Policy: All orders must be checked before the payment is made. However, as a gesture of goodwill, if you have mistakenly purchase products which require amendment of orders, you may contact us. Our customer service will assist you further. Note that the grace period given is within 1 hour from the payment made. However, we do not accept amendment of orders if it is not within the grace period provided from the payment made or in the event the product has been delivered.
(e) Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are not allowed once the order is processed.

There may be occasions where materials on or of third parties are used/provided on our website or online platform (eg: pictures/videos for illustration purpose). We are not responsible for the content and activities of any third party site linked from and/or outside our website or online platform.
