Delivery process/time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, packaging and delivery goods to the designated address.
- All orders received will be dispatched the next day upon payment confirmation unless mentioned/stated.
- Our dedicated customer service team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to confirm on the estimated delivery date and time.
- All confirmed orders will be delivered to your door steps based on the designated delivery address provided upon checkout.
- In the event that we are being notified to leave your order at your front door, we reserve the right not to be liable for any consequential, indirect, or damage or loss howsoever arising.
- In the event of delivery failure due to customer's unavailability, the second attempt delivery (subjected to $10 delivery charges - Apply to frozen/ Chilled products) will be scheduled via WhatsApp or phone call. Failure to receive the delivery on the second attempt, we reserve the right not to refund the money, and goods shall not be retrievable.
Delivery Fee/Charges :
- Orders $60.00 and above : Delivery Charges waived
- Orders $59.99 and below : Subjected to $10 delivery charges
- Orders $38.00 below : Subjected to $4 delivery charges (Sotong Snack)
